Our FTP is a great way to move large amounts of information across the web. The
main advantage of FTP over our Digital Drop Box is that you can move entire folders
of images, but you must have FTP client software installed on your computer. The
software is free and set-up only takes few minutes.
Guest FTP Instructions:
You must have an FTP client software installed on your computer. If you do not already
have FTP client software we suggest Windows users go to www.smartftp.com
for a free download. Mac users should go to www.downloads.com or and download a
free trial version of either “Fetch”, "Transmit", or “CaptainFTP”.
All images must be sent as JPEG’s or compressed into .zip format. Although this is
not essential, it will make the transfer speed much faster.
- Place your image files in a folder labeled with your last name and date.
- Open your FTP client software program.
- Address or Host: ftp.mcgreevyprolab.com.
- Login: guest@mcgreevyprolab.com
- Password: ftp47rt
- Connect
- Drag and drop your images (folder) into the folder labeled “to prolab”.
- After you get the FTP started you must email to alert us that an FTP is
incoming. Please write any instructions in the body of the email.

NOTE:
- If you are a frequent user of the FTP we can set you up with a private login account.
- There is no charge to send images to us on our FTP site. We do charge to upload images back to you (a service rarely needed). The upload charge is $5.00 per 50mb.
