Online photo events can be a great way to raise money for an organization, but If
you are not a professional photographer, posting your own online photo event can
be a daunting task. We have created this One-Time Event Hosting package to
make it possible for anyone to have an online event. You supply the images and set
the product pricing, we will launch entire event for you. It’s easy.

Cost:
- $25.00 set-up fee per event.
- 5 cents per image upload.
- 20% commission of each order.
- Standard lab printing fees (fulfillment).
- Events stay online for 6 months.
Here is how it works:
You supply us with images. Digital camera files are the most common, but also film,
flat art, old photos, etc. can all be scanned to post on the web. (scanning fees are
additional).
Together we will help you decide what print products to offer and how much to sell
them for. Remember you are doing this to raise money, so maximizing your profits
is our main goal here.
Once all the information is together, we build the event for you. This includes
checking all the image files for sufficient resolution, uploading the pictures, setting
up the product and pricing options, creating a password and establishing the shipping
and payment guidelines.
The final step is to go live with the event. Once this is complete we send you an
email which includes a web address link to the event site along with the password.
Your web master will know how to create a direct link to the event from your own
web site. Alternatively, people can navigate directly to the event from any web
browser or from a link embedded in the body of an email. We encourage you to
send this link and password out to as many people as possible inviting them to see
the photo event and purchase prints. The success of your event will depend on
your ability to drive your patrons to it. Be creative with your marketing.
Visitors to your event enjoy a professional online experience, complete with a shopping
cart, credit card payment window, and email confirmation. Orders placed
online get downloaded to McGreevy ProLab for fulfillment. We collect the credit
card payments, make the prints, and even mail the order directly to your customer.
A courtesy email is also sent to you every time a new order is placed, this way you
can keep tack of your success. From the web customers credit card payment we
automatically subtract the 20% commission and the cost of lab services. The remainder
of the money is paid to you in a check issued each month for the duration
of the event.
