Payments: Payment in full (cash, credit card, or local check) upon receipt of your completed order. Mail orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.

Deposits: A 25% deposit is required on orders totaling more than $200.

Credit Card Accounts: For your convenience we can keep your credit card information on file to process invoices. This is especially handy for customers who receive orders by mail.

Net 30 Accounts: These accounts are available to corporate and institutional customers only if the Credit Card Account mentioned above is unfeasible. To start a net 30 account you must complete a credit reference sheet and application. Once your credit worthiness is verified and application is approved, all lab charges will be billed using a monthly statement.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice and should be confirmed when placing orders.

Second Party: When a client places an order to be charged to a second party, that client remains responsible for the cost of the order until it is paid in full by the second party.

Shipping: We can ship your order via US Mail, FedEx, or a local courier service. If you have an account with any of the previous mentioned, we prefer to use your account number. If not, we will pay for shipping and apply that amount to your invoice.

Rush Service: Available on a job by job basis, as work flow and scheduling allow.

Limit on Liability: McGreevy ProLab attempts to exercise great care when handling your film and originals. However, submitting any film, print, transparency, negative, digital media or artwork to McGreevy ProLab for processing, printing, or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any item damaged or lost while in the custody of our company, subsidiary or agents, whether such damage or loss occurs from negligence or otherwise, we will replace to you only the like amount of unexposed film or processing. Except for such replacement, the processing or handling of any film, print, transparency, negative, digital media or artwork is without warranty or liability of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not responsible for any work left over 30 days past the due date.
